Central Receiving

Central Receiving: Is the initial primary step for receiving and recording fixed asset acquisitions into the DPS Asset Management System including routing through the Central Receiving Warehouse for DPS barcode labeling. The delivery of centrally received items to District customers is usually accomplished within 5 working days from date of receipt on our dock.

The term CENTRAL RECEIVING refers to a function of the Denver Public Schools Central Warehouse located at 301 Wyandot, Denver, CO 80223.
